work out with weights no less than 4 days a week with a healthy diet but with a little more than you would eat if you were trying to loose weight. you should get bigger curves in the areas you work the most.

"Saline implants
Saline-filled breast implants were first manufactured in France in 1964, introduced by Arian[13]with the goal of being surgically placed via smaller incisions. These original devices had a high failure rate and were discontinued in the early 1970s. The current devices are manufactured with thicker, room temperature vulcanized (RTV) shells. After the FDA silicone gel moratorium in the early 1990's, saline implants became the dominant type placed in the United States

Local complications for saline breast implants are similar to those for silicone gel implants. Case reports of bacteria and fungal contamination have been reported. Advantages of saline implants include intraoperative adjustability, decreased capsular contracture rates, and cost (several hundred dollars less per implant than silicone).

As compared to silicone gel however, saline implants are more likely to cause rippling, wrinkling, and be noticeably palpable. Many surgeons also feel that they are more likely to cause a "bottoming out" appearance of the lower breast pole tissue from the greater weight per volume of the saline filler. Some of these characteristics may be improved with newer designs, submuscular or partial submuscular placement and proper implant sizing. In patients with more breast tissue, it can be difficult to discern an advantage in feel or appearance to silicone. However, particularly with thin breast tissue coverage or in the setting of post-mastectomy reconstruction, silicone gel implants are felt to be the better device."

Curves are inherited, but a firmer bust line makes you look curvy - so push ups helps. About the hips a child or two - and they'll be bigger - worry not!

Candy bars and milkshakes...
try French Fries!!!

Or if you want a more healthier version... try workouts. I subscribe to shape magazine and they have several workouts designed for "shaping" (or curving) specific areas. Try looking it up online! :) Good luck!

Get one of those things that squish your belly. One of those things that women use to wear during the early 1900's. Get one of those things that you use to catch a bull by the horn and wrap it around the belly. Get one of those things that you use every day to grab and pull and use that thing to squish your belly every day for 5 hours or more.
