Can the sun heal your pimples blackheads etc. clear your face/or make it worse?

The sun is only a short term solution. It may make some of your pimples go away for the time being, but in the long haul the sun will dry out your surface skin cells which will lead to further oil production in your face which means more pimples!

i heard it can help it temporaly until u stop tanning then it comes back because you start shedding all the dead damaged skin again or something.

hmmm, well if you are sweating a lot, then it would hurt, when you sweat you also release oils, which cause black heads, etc...
