Exercise my friend, lots and lots of exercise. Oh........and cut way back on the fatty foods, dump the burgers.
You don't need anything fancy. Just find a place big enough to lay on your back legs straight out, believe me, the old fasion way is best, lace you fingers together and cup your hands behind your head, make sure your elbows won't be hitting anything and just sit up as far as you can. Don't hook your toes under anything, part of the effectiveness of the exercise is being able to hold your heals on the floor naturally. Just sit about half way up and hold it for a few seconds, don't fall back down, let yourself down slowly. Do as meny sit ups as you can, don't over do it to start with. Build up to about 20 a session twice a day. Hold each sit-up 6 to 10 secs. . And seriouslly, dump the burgers and all fats.

im trying to get nice firm abs too. i do dance aerobics, the ones on dvd. they work really well cause they work out all your body parts and it's great cardio too. but i gotta agree with the sit-ups and crunches. they always work the best cause im feeling the results.. good luck!

abdominal crunches, knees and elbows up at the same time, while keeping your back as flat to the ground as possible, and if no one thinks this is dangerous, but i wonder, start bringing your left elbow to your right knee and vice versa to work on the sides. Use the abs to pull your extremities in, not your arms, and don't kick your legs up. FEEL THE BURN!!!! Good luck

I used to have a baby fat stomach.
I did 100 sit-ups every night and maybe a month later..people were telling me that I looked skinnier!
After you can do 100 easily..gradually increase.
You don't have to hurry while doing them..there's not rush.

Try this, worked extremely great for me:
Every two days, do a few sets of situps and crunches, and most importantly, drink water in between sets. This is sure to get u them.

Get a fitness program and start doing sit ups push ups lift weights you know what I mean just go to a gym and tell them what you want they will help you

Sit ups....my friend used to have this little doughy round stomach and she did situps everychance she got and it was gone in a few months....
