okay you need to put on some vitamin E on your poor skin to help it so it won't all fall off once you have a beautiful tan.. sorry nothing can really help what the burn looks like for a few days you'll just be a tomato but the E will help heal your skin.. sorry it feels nasty but if you use it you'll be glad later... none of my friends will trust me on this even when we get back from the beach and i'm the only one with nice skin a week later... lol.. well E is basically the BEST skin care product out there so use it even when you don't have a sunburn.. it keeps acne from scarring and helps your skin in a lot of ways... well good luck!!!

If you got a bad sunburn the skin is going to peel for the layer of skin is damaged... If the burn is hurting as most do if it's bad burn...you need to get some noxzema cream and use it liberally... That will help both the damaged skin and they pain.. No sun tan can be accompolished in a day, it's a gradual thing and you will not have a beautiful tan resulting from sunburned skin...

Oh! I've been there and done that. If you put lotion on it will only hold the heat in. The best I've found for me is solar cane. It cools the sunburn. For the redness on your face you can always put make-up on. Your burn color will change as each day goes by. I wish you the best.

To help with pealing use Aloe. Trust me it works, I have had enough sun burns to be an expert. Also use frozen pea's it works for everything. lol, and also keep your skin moist, like use aloe based lotion.
