there is no way to permanently flatten your stomach.
but in teen people last month there was a 2 page spread on some excercises to "flatten your stomach"!!!

get a six seconds abs machine from ebay or do cruches, lay down on a mat, and bring your knees and lift your body up together so that your body is meeting your knees. It worked for me and I got a liitle six pack going on

i do 200 crunches and run 7 miles three times a week and i have a rock hard six pack. no lie!

do lots of situps or if you can afford one get a boflex it worked wonders for me. Plus make sure you drink plenty of water. You can also buy one of those thermowraps for your waist while you exercise this will help get rid of excess water weight.

put a fifty-five pound weight on your chest and do crunches 6 sets of 25, works for me and I am a beast!
