tanning lotion is very safe. but be careful......some turn you orange.....and its just not right and it takes time to get it to wear off....

I feel it is better than just laying in the sun without sun screen...so yes it is safer than laying out without anything!!!

it's perfectly safe, but looks like crap if you use it incorrectly. no one likes an Oompa Loompa.
