I dont have much time to go to the tanning bed, so whats the best alternative to tanning? I used Olay Touch of Sun sunless tanning lotion for face, but it doesnt seem to really give my face any color at all. Suggestions?

Just curious as to why some people have brittle nails and other people have naturally strong nails. I consume lots of protein, yet my nails are thin and brittle. Just dont know. Wondering if my asthma has anything to do with it. or just genetics.
