Cellulite is the common term we use for what looks like the dimpling of the skin, found mostly on the thighs and buttocks and more often seen in women than in men. Scientifically-speaking, cellulite is simply the outward result of a disturbance of the skin’s underlying connective tissue. Wherever your body has localized, excess fatty deposits, dimpling appears on the surface of the skin and we call this cellulite. What we need to do is help the circulation back to this area. We need to stimulate it by giving circular motions (preferably with an exfoliating scub) every single day this will help the appearance to disappear!!! You could try ARBONNE Vanish Scrub it contains guarana (which is helpfull to reduce inches and loose fatty deposits) and it also has Green tea extract which helps to exfoliate and soothe the skin.

Everything I've read on the subject indicates that deep tissue massage is the way to go. It breaks down the cellulite and your body eliminates these waste materials naturally. I don't see how creams would work, if they do it's only going to be a temporary fix.

you have to weight train... work the musles around that area and the cellulite will take a hike. Not fun or easy but certainly foolproof. Creams and stuff like that doesnt work.

I read that cellulite is also caused by dehydration so drinking more water and less alcohol can help.

Exercise and drink plenty of water. Build-up of toxins will make it far worse, so it helps if you don't smoke, drink excessively, eat too much junk, etc. I've found that applying fake tan makes it less noticeable.
