every time i go to the tanning bed or layout i get somewhat tan and i get alot of freckles on my shoulders and arms is there any tanning oil that will get me really dark and give me a long lasting tan from the sun thats not that instant tan in a bottle stuff?

i'm not quite sure if they're blemishes - they don't hurt or itch, they just sit there and whenever i try to pop em' something white came out of em'. i really want to get rid of em but don't know how. any suggestion? thanks

I'm 5',6" and wiegh about 120 pounds....i always feel like i have too much pudge pudge and when i get out of the pool i feel like all the boys look at my other friends instead of me. How can i have a flat stomach so i feel more confident? Or am i fine the way i am? Its hard to tell with media influences and being surrounded by extemely thin girls.
