Cut down on any fatty, oily based foods. Try using a cleanser that has oatmeal, oatmeal is a natural drying agent. Wash your face with warm water morning and evening, don't use super hot water because hot water opens the pores and inc. oil production. make sure you are using lotions etc... for oily skin. There are also wipes you can carry w/you to use through the day to help cut down oiliness. Don't use a real heavy make-up.

That's the same as me however I get spots at all times. I have noticed I get extra after I preserve changing the soap i exploit. I'd use easy and clear, emm, the one with the blue balls in. Just keep buying the identical one for a at the same time. It must work. Hope I helped. Bye. XD

1. Get enough sleep.
2. Drink enough water.
3. Rinse off your face with just water or witch hazel at night and once during the day (probably when you return home).
