I have small pimple like bumps under my breast and on my arm pits? Every thing I have tried doesnt seam to help. Does any one know what they are and how I can get rid of them?

They look just like a pimple without the redness. Sometimes I can even pop them like a pimple and that one will go away.

it's probably just clogged pores since those are hot sweaty spots. try salicylic acid treatments or maybe bath powder to keep dry.

Are they really small and dark? Do they fade over time? Are they small and clear?
Small, clear bumps are most likely vitamin A deficiency or the lack of omega 3 oils.
Small dark red bumps that don't go away may be toxic deposits that result when the liver is over-loaded. There's nothing you can do to get rid of them, but you should drink more water and get more rest to avoid getting more of them.
It could also be a heat rash. In which case a non-talc based powder (cornstarch based is good) might help.
If you've changed detergents or soaps lately, it could also be an allergic reaction.

Sounds like heat rash. Try washing your body with a antibacterial soap first and then thoroughly drying the areas before putting on clothes. Also, make sure your clothes are clean.

they are boils .. you gotta get like sumthin warm and set it on tha infected areas or just soak in tha bathtubb for a while every day untill they go away .. yeah i kno muh mom used to get them all tha tyme. dont worry it aint contagess!!!

I have those too. I think that they're from sweating and irritation from my bra. Consult a dermatologist. I've been using hydrocortisone cream and it seems to help a little.
