Put a picture of someone very good looking and toned - the body you want to have - on your fridge - and when you go into the kitchen....look at it - and know that you will never look like that if you keep pigging out!!

You just really need to use every bit of will power you have at first - it's like you're addicted to it and you have to go trough withdrawal at first (this is from personal experience I'm telling you). Just eat really healthy for about 3-4weeks. After that you can, if you trust yourself, eat a little bit of junk food in moderation. Don't stock up on it at home. You should read the book "Why French Women Don't Get Fat" by Mireille Guiliano. It's a really good guide for living healthy and killing off the cravings.

When you have junk food in front of you, It is definitly very hard to control yourself. To control your craving have a little bit taste of junk food and drink lots of water with it. Always have some fruit in your pocket or suger free lolly. Determination and motivation is very important for good health. No any medicine or something can control yourself. Your determination can help you. Make promise with yourself that you would never eat junk food for a healthy body and mind. It will be hard for a week or two after that you'll be right on your track. Don't forget to have multi-vitamin tablets everyday.
GOOD LUCK.

Stop buying it!!! Buy healthy foods! Get drying natural fruits. They're sweet and not as bad for you cause they're natural. Also get a hoodia tea or supplement containing hoodia. It's a cactus that expands and controls appetite. The biggest thing is don't buy it, avoid the isle completely, check out in the line that doesn't have junk food in it. It won;t happen over night but eventually junk food won't appeal to you anymore.

Our bodies eventually pay the price of whatever we do to it or don't do to it. Many years ago, I noticed that I was lacking in certain vitamins when I craved certain foods (just couldn't get enough). I had a problem craving sweets (something quick, cookies, cakes, sweet bready foods). Then, I'd crave something salty (quick, crackers, bready food). Now I'm having serious problems with my pancreas (unable to digest well), so I'm eating lots more fruit (especially bananas), instead of bready foods. Never really cared much about eating fruit, but I realize I'll be thankful for the change. I watched a show on TV about people over-eating & it isn't always because of the lack of will-power. It can be caused by genetics (hereditary... doctors can help with that). My daughter wasn't raised on junk food (we ate lots of vegetables & meats back then), but now she eats mostly junk food. My grandkids said they hate pizza (just meat pizza) because they eat it all the time. It's strange that I literally craved spicy meat while I was PG with her! One of my nieces couldn't get enough dill pickles till I took her 3 quart jars. She ate them all up quick, got sick & burned out on them, & stopped craving them. Some people eat although they're not really hungry, simply because of the power of suggestion (just due to the thought of certain foods passing thru their mind). Some people eat food to make up for the lack of love they need from other people (they don't feel loved enough, so they turn to some-THING... food that they love). Some people eat too much because they have a hungry-heart (strong desire for food other than what they've had), usually due to being too poor to buy certain food, but smelled or tasted something wonderful, somewhere other than at home. The worst thing you can do is to worry about it, because it means you're mind is staying on the junk food... & if you have it on your mind all the time, you'll eat a lot more of it. It's up to you... you can see a doctor & if it's not hereditary, then you could set your mind/main focus (be stubbornly determined) on something that you love, other than junk food... something that you know you love more than junk food. I don't recommend doing a junk food/burn-out. It's possible that all you may need is the right vitamins.

I use the Dexatrim tablets without caffine. they help me keep from getting hungry.. They really work. Make sure you get the caffine free ones though, otherwise you will get the shakes on the original tablets. They are safe. My doctor told me it was fine to take them, I found that I don't eat as much when I do eat. Thats the problem with weight gain is the amount of food consumption or intake.. Wish ya luck.. Hope it helps some!

Never ever give up anything abruptly which is liked by you... Try to develop will power by meditation, associate your favourite junk food with something which is disliked by you. If you dislike brinjal then try to associate your favourite junk food with Brinjal. Gradually whenever you will think of junk food automatically it would remind you of a Brinjal which is not liked by you and your crave for junk food will be eliminated.
try to eat salad whenever u feel hungry.

whenever you think of having them, think how much calories it involves, and how it can ruin ur dancing career, think about the germs, bacterias, sweats, and other dusty elements it involves. make a note that u will take junk food only once a week and that is all. I think u r a grown up so act like one, stop drooling over them, and think about the tears that will be caused by it.

Do something physical; scrub a floor, clean the bathroom, clean out trash cans... anything physical that will break the "habit" of running to food.
Over or under eating is an addiction. Addictions are a dis ease of FEELINGS & EMOTIONS.
If we don't deal with the feelings & emotions that are eating away at us, they deal with us.
Each one of us chooses the most convenient way for us to STUFF those feelings, but all in all, we are running away from something that terrifies us to deal with.
Be GENTLE with yourself and start by ACCEPTING You just the way you are RIGHT NOW!
The achievement of your goal is assured
the moment you commit yourself to it.
If you have the desire, you have the power to attain it.
