Do any anti-wrinkle creams really work?

I don't have a lot of wrinkles yet, I'm looking for more of a preventative.

you're going to laugh, but Preparation H - yes the hemorrhoid cream helps to tighten the skin and diminish wrinkles.

The Avon Anew products work quite well and don't cost a fortune, they also have a guarantee if you don;t like them you can return them
