YOU CANNOT SPOT REDUCE! If you want a 6-pack, you have to diet, not increase sit-ups. If you want leaner arms, you have to diet, not do more curls. JUST EAT LESS AAAAND EXERCISE. If you lift weights, you will not get BIG AND BULKY overnight. It's not like you do a few reps and all of a sudden you're growing muscles out of everywhere. It takes TIME.

I think that they dont care about their look really,but are IN most cases (most of those i met) are very kind people in their soul,maybe because they suffered alot of comments,and hard times with self-confidence
