Exercise every day, even if it's just a walk. Go on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Eat fish, eggs, chicken, occasional lean beef or pork, low fat cottage cheese. Stay away from regular cheese, no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, peas, beans (except green beans). No fruit and no fruit juice (it's sugar water, my dr says). Cut down on carrots and tomatoes (included ketchup). Use mustard instead of mayonnaise in recipes. Eat lots of salads, green vegetables. Salads only have one tablespoon of dressing for the whole salad. No ice cream, or other desserts. 8 glasses of water a day. No caffeine

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

thet, lower you calorie intake by about 500 calories a day, do 30 minutes of exercise that will raise you heart beat - fat walking will do it) each day, and drink a pint of water before you eat ANYTHING! make sure you get all your normal vits and mins.
Easy way; cut out the obvious fatty things, like sweets, animal fats, alcohol and white carbs, and instead have fruit/ veg, chew ice if you're craving a sweet, use plant oils instead of fat, and eat whole meal carbs - bosh! you'll lose healthily
