You need to give a diet 1 to 2 months. It is also good to measure yourself as well as weighing. On My current diet, I am finding I loose more inches that weight.

However if the weight loss does not materialize, its time to try a different diet.

No matter what diet you use, I suggest always counting calories! No matter what they say, if you are taking in to many calories you will GAIN weight!

Maybe Slimming World is not for you. Do you go to meetings or just follow diet? If you are unhappy about diet, try another club like Weight Watchers. But go to meetings. It's psychological more than physical!!!!

Simple science:

More calories eaten than burned: Gain fat
More calories burned than eaten: Lose fat

THIS IS AS SIMPLE AS IT CAN GET!

Oops, got a little carried away there. Unless you are completely clueless that donuts are worse for your goal than broccoli etc.,

the only other weight loss when following fad diets-- will be the lighter wallet you are carrying.

Spend the same money and hire a nutritionist to learn values and lessons you can use for LIFE!

Good Luck...

The tablets are probably high in calorie but if youve got to take them then you need to drink a lot more water, and do stretches and very light exercise. Think of some movements you can actually do, im assuming you are not bed ridden, go for walks etc

Your body probably adjusted to the diet very quickly.

Try a different diet, or speak to your meeting leader

it is best to seek medical help first before going on a diet... you said you have a health problem so i guess your doctor should know about it... maybe your body is not responding to the diet program you are in due to your metabolism disorder
