Stick... I use Suave, it smells and works great and it goes on clear... what more could you ask for in a antiperspirant?

I blow on a spray can of Instant Bath antiperspirant and it works great. I don't have to wash under my pits for weeks. One time I tried a roll-on but it did not work as well, I didn't like the residue, and it made my pits break out into a nasty rash. So I went back to my blow-can of Instant Bath and have been happy ever since.

I use a spray.
If I use a stick or cream, it leaves stains on my clothes.
If I use a crystal, it doesn't last - I have to keep using it during the day.
I have noticed that sprays often make me itchy - I've found that a no-alcohol spray works the best.

I use cream from the docs as I have hyperhydrosis and need something a bit stronger to control the wetness. I also use a natural spray which contains minerals from volcano's and it stops bacteria growing so cuts down the risk of BO and you can also spray it on your clothes so that bacteria don't grow there either. It really works!

DO NOT USE ANTIPERSPIRANTS! antiperspirants work with the concept of shutting down your sweat pores. initially, it may seem clean but it is similar to clogging of facial pores leading to pimples and acne. one of my friends was an avid user of this stuff and within some time (it does take time, i agree. so many tend to like using it) she had dark pigmentation in her underarms.
use any kind if you like, but if you must use it, do ensure to scrub yourself clean as soon as the function you use it for is over to let the pores breathe and throw out the accumulated dirt.
if it is hot, you will sweat. thats the law of nature. so dont fight it for long consistent periods. remember, no one actually bothers that you sweat. they themselves do so. its your own feeling of stickiness that prompts you to use them. bathe many times a day. enjoy your body!

I use Sure Crystal spray cos it lasts for ages and doesn't leave white marks! Ta da!

i prefer cream... though am not really a deodorant user... cream works for me during summer and on very busy days
