Hey tes in life dont worry about backside which is like Past. Just focus on whats ahead (Pun intended) Remember one thing - You cant drive a car by looking in the rear view mirror. Focus on whats ahead.

Do squats to increase muscle tone.. lunges are also good holding 5-10 lb weights in each hand. You can also try getting on the floor on your hands and knees and kick your leg up in back of you 90 degrees alternating. This works great for me. Good luck

I don't think you can necessarily increase he size of your butt, but the gluteus muscles will strengthen and shapen.

Well they have those booty exercises but i don't think it will look like jlo's. I myself could use a little more back there but it just seems like the food go into my hips and not my butt. :-(

There are plenty of great exercises for the butt on ediets.com .You don't have to be a member to get the exercises. Try the yahoo weight loss and exercise section. Remember, your genetics may not give you a butt J.Lo style.

this may sound wierd but get on all fours and lift your right leg slowly, hold it for 10 seconds, put it back down. alternate legs and do about 10 sets each.

OK. supposed to be a secret.....my trainer said setting the treadmill going UPHILL. Walking or Running. Besides it burns more calories. :)
