Use a gentle cleanser and wash your face two times a day at least. Do not use a harsh cleanser, once a day. Your skin can get aggravated. Use something on your face for pimples and apply it sparingly. Drink lots of water and after that, drink lots of water. Stay out of the sun. Wear sunscreen. Try it for a while before you stop. May take a month for results. Be consistent, gentle and thorough.

get a good scrub like the apricot scrub from st.ives...and don't go to bed without washing your face really good to get all the days build-up off and while you're at it,,just around the corners of the eyes where the crows feet will be later...dab a little cream on. just enough to be there but doesn't need to be sticky.doing this now will prevent the crows feet later now.this does help alot...its a nitely routine but a really good one.
