In the winter i look like a ghost. What is the best way to have that sun kissed glow during winter?!? Tanning bed not an option

Okay, a long time ago, i saw in a magazine these like little bubble cover things that you put over your nails when you paint them and are waiting for them to dry. So like you can still do things without messing your newly polished nails up. Does anyone know what i'm talking about? If you do, do you know where to get some of these? Thanks.

I have only started cross dressing, and as far as my physical appearance is, i can pass for a female with tight jeans and a top on.
However makeup is what id like to concentrate on.
What type of makeup should i buy, and how much would it cost me , (I am kinda babyfaced , so no extreme stuff is needed ..i think)
I reckon i could pass for a female with the right stuff weither its basic stuff ot not..

I've tried Duwop Lip Venom, and I don't like how it makes your lips burn painfully!

I also tried Lorac Lip Plumping Lipstick, but then I lost it before I really got to see if it worked or not! :(
I definitely liked the color though.

I'm blonde- light golden tones almost platinum white (few shades darker).
I have brown eyes and tan skin with a little olivish/redish tone.
When I use foundation, my face seems dried out.
What colors would be best for me as far as blush and eyeshadows/lipgloss ?

Also, does anyone know of a foundation that creates a dewy like finish? I don't like the matte look- too dry for me.

My friend she has kind of a wierd skin tone ,its
beautiful but she has trouble finding lip colors that
work for her.

She wants to wear RED..but her skin tone is kind
of a yellow/olive/bronze if that makes any sense
its a bronze but with a little tinge of yellow/olive undertone.
She says she has never found a shade of red that
looked good.

What Reds would be good, Pictures would help.

Ok..So my usual look is powder foundation (bare minerals), a bit of blush, mascara and eye liner (but not too dark).. I just want something else to brighten up my look.. I really don't like wearing eye shadow unless it is for a special occasion, and I don't like to worry about messing it up throughout the day..So what could I do to make my look more exciting? A certain mascara? Bronzer? I have no idea...let me know if you have any good suggestions.

ok so i am considering getting a professional to do my makeup for new years if i can find one that's open! as i am not good enough at doing my own! :o) i am booked in to get my hair done at 11am (as they are only open half the day) if i got my makeup done before that at say 10, or after at 12 do you think it will look fresh enough when i actually go out at 8pm? i am guessing it won't, but what do you think? i don't want to pay money for it and have it all disappear by the time i actually go out!!
