Odd I should find this wuestion today and you should ask it...
I just decided to try that as I have dark circles under my eyes that the doctors tell me is an inherited trait...
So far it does no harm... and I am hoping it will help a bit..

Yah i have and it really moistens the eye but dose nothing for the dark color.
If your looking to fix the darkness you can try hemroid cream (i know that sounds stupid but it works) or mash up a bit of raw potatoe and let it rest under your eye for about 10 mins and that helps alot as well.
