Find a good concealer. Dark circles under the eyes can be from lack of sleep, but it can also be hereditary. If it's hereditary, you'll always have them, just use a good concealer!

You can take a multi-vitamin and get more sleep. But until that takes effect, you should buy a corrective concealer: yellow concealer corrects dark under-eye circles, just like green concealer corrects redness.

If your dark circles are hereditary or due to aging, a product containing hydroquinone cream is an effective lightening agent.
Hylexin is another product that might work.
