Makeup - December 2006

Now foundation primers come in colors--green, purple/lavender, peach, and what not. I can see that green one will hide redness on the face and that peach will cover dark circles and sun spots. But, I have just no idea how to use the purple/lavender one. Thank you for your help.

So, I"m really pale and have really sensitive skin. I put on blush every morning so that I have at least some color to my face. By the end of the day, it looks like I have no blush - my skin absorbed it or something - and I am totally pale.

Of course I can apply more blush but putting on too much makeup irritates my skin. Anybody know any product or make-up application that could help this?

which one is darker buff beige or natural beige? what does buff mean? i bought a foundation that was natural beige yet its too dark but im not sure if im light enough to be a nude beige? ive brought buff foundations from other brands and it seems to match fairly good? but i heard it was darker than natural beige? is this true?

Just bought the lip plumper that they sell at Victoria's Secret...i love it. The tingling is a lil annoying, but thats what makes it fun...lol

I was telling co-workers about it; and one of them mentioned that it must have some kind of chemical in it that makes your lips plump.

Does anyone know anything about this?? Is it bad for your lips in the long run??? ...or did they just scare me??

I am a huge music buff. I listen to everything. As a result, I am finding that I am growing tired of the music I have. I regularly look on myspace at the new bands, and Road Runner Music does have a lot of new faces. However, they still all sound the same to me. I wouldn't mind hearing something totally different. Perhaps someone out there knows of some foreign music that has a hiphop, alternative, or rock flair to it. For instance, I have heard a lot of Indian techno music that was pretty good. I tried once to find some Greecian music that was similar, but to no avail. I am actually not all that into techno, but I like the back beats on a lot of it. If anyone has any suggestions, please post the information below. Thanks!

I don't wear foundation.

1). Bronzer (for a natural, glowy look)
2). Mascara (2 coats)
3). Occasionally eyeliner (Ebony in color)
4). Lip gloss (neutral in color)
5). Golden eyeshadow (occasionally)
6). (occasionally) Shimmer on brow bone(always neutral/golden in color)

not too bad right?

I'm asking because my bf always tells me I don't need to wear so much.
IMO i don't that much...and I always use it sparingly to make sure it doesnt look like I'm going to prom every time I walk out the door... I also always get complimented.

What's up with him? lol

I use cover up to cover up some acne scares and like i use conceler then foundation, it looks fine indoors but when i go outside it looks really fake and like the texture of how it really looks. I cant cover it how every many times i do you can see it in the sun. How can i make it look natural and fine like it does indoors?

Hi, the other night when I was out with my friends from work, I was putting on some lip gloss, and my friend asked if she could borrow some, so I said that she could. Although I didn't really want her to because her lips were really chapped and dry, so to avoid embarrassment to her, I said that she could, and so she did. Will my lips get like that if I now use it? well i have those ugly black and large acne scar on my back which i wanna hide can foundation actually work?
