Makeup - December 2006

So...I'm black so that's probably why my skin is soooooooo dry! Now, i want to cover up my DRY, CRACKED, ROUGH, and DARKER skin around my mouth and my EXTREMELY DRY, CRACKED, ROUGH, AND DARK LIPS! see everything was good and pick and light and smooth in the summer and then POOF! the winter came and everything changed! I just want to make my face look radiant and smooth....HELP!!!!! ANY SUGGESTIONS WHAT SO EVER! an I'm a teen so I don't want to PLASTER make-up on my face...just wanna clear things up! THANKS! HELP!!!

I need good powder and coverup for oily skin. I need powder to reduce my shiny face and maybe absorb some oil. Every powder I have used from a local drug store makes my face oilier even if it is oil free. I don't care how much I need to spend I just need something that works. My face is so oily, if I wash my face a hour later I can use a oil absorbing sheet and have it covered . It is pretty embaresing to have a face that looks like you can fry a egg on it:(

I want to get a nice "natural looking" tan. I am a single mom of 4 kids so tanning is out of the question Does anyone know of a really good sunless tanning product that looks real and works great on the face as well?
