Yes eyeshadow is safe for your eyes. Only apply a lite coat of it though otherwise you might look stupid. It is mostly fun to match it with your outfit. Like if you wear a pink shirt then wear pink eyeshadow. Just dont put a lot on. okay.

Of course its ok to use- unless you have some type of allergy, when people are allergic to eyeshadow its usually to the ones that have mica in them (thats the shiny stuff).

It's not incredibly horrible. But i would be careful as to which colors you wear and how much you apply it cause it can ruin the skin on your lids!
