Jergens has a good moisturizer and bronzer for the face.(See link below) I used it and it worked. And for protecting the skin during the winter... always use a good body lotion like St.Ives, the Aveeno, or Hemp that I think they have at Walmart. Use it as needed and/or after the shower. I dont know much about what to do with the hair except that the winter air probably takes out the moisture in the hair so use conditioner, and dont wash your hair everyday.

Get a good brand of fake tan or bronzer. Just make sure you buy a quality product so as to prevent coming out orange. No joke :P Oh and always wash your palms after applying.
To protect your skin, put a hot face washer over your face to open up pores, then wash with a gentle foaming cleanser in warm/hot water (as in, warmer than warm, but not too hot), afterwards apply some toner and moisturizer. Do this twice a day and you should be fine.

Wear something noticeable.
Summer = light colors
Winter = bright colors
Some bright eyeshadow, a little darker gloss or lipstick for the lips.
Your skin needs to SHINE in the damp, heavy, Winter.

Best tip: Mosturize, moisturize, moisturize! :) Also, what about spray on tanning booths, or self tanning creams like Jergens Natural Glow....or a bronzing powder!! Body Shop has a great one! :)

get you a sturdy face moisterizer and a few flavored lip gloss. the moisterizer will help shop your face moist and not flakly, and the lipgloss supply you a enormously gloss that lasts enormously sturdy. however the style one tip could be to in no way ever placed on lipstick, all it does interior the wintry climate time is make your lips look dry and your face easy.

Hmm, I would recommend a cover-up that is a little bit darker then your face, maybe wear noticeable eye shadow to bring out your eyes and away from your skin.
