Hair - March 2007

I want to dye my hair a draker brown but I don't know if I should or not. I have never dyed my hair before. If I do decide to which coloring brand should I use? My avatar show pretty much what I look like so if you have any tips please leave them in you answer.

my hair has always been blonde but the past few years my hair has changed to a medium brown and i keep highlighting my hair so it stays blonde but my roots grow back so fast and it looks horrible. ive tried brown hair and its just not me, i dont look good with brown hair. do you have any suggestions...should i keep highlighting my hair and not worry about ugly stubborn roots, or should i just go brown?

i need names.names of brands that can color ur hair.but sum lyk manic panic or
somthing lyk that.
and will it damage my hair?
oh but i have dark brown hair and
i've been told that it does not
work with dark hair that u have to dye it
so with that said i also need the name of a good hair bleacher.

I dyed my hair about four months ago, and for the first two months it was really shiny and healthy looking. The color is fading now because it was a semi permanent dye, and the shine is fading too. I was wondering if there was any way I could get that shine back without dying my hair again.
*I got my hair dyed professionally, not out of a box or anything, if that makes a difference, and I wouldn't mind going back to the salon for the shine thing either. But anyway that works is appreciated.

Within 6 hrs after I take a shower my face becomes oily and so does my hair. I wash my hair daily and I use H&S classic clean shampoo. Is there anything else I should be doing? What causes all this oil on my face (not the rest of the body)? How can I prevent it? I tried a shampoo for oily hair and it seemed to make it worse. I really can't afford to see a dermatologist. Please help.

Do you like it? my 14yr old daughter wants to have her hair cut the same way but im not sure. she straightens her hair every day so is killing it. her hair is dard and quite thick she has a round face would it suit her?

Does anybody know if the new Sunsilk Blonde Bombshell works for natural blondes? I know that on the website it says for hair colorers, but I just wanted to know if it worked for natural blondes, too. I have used Suave Professionals Vibrant Blonde Shampoo and Conditioner and they work better than John Frieda. I was just curious, thanks.

My hair used to be really long, but about a year or 2 ago my hair broke out and I have been growing my hair out. My mom cut my hair right above my ear. It is now a little past my solders, except for the side bangs. I need help getting it to grow faster, and I don't want to take pills to make it grow faster. I want it to grow the natrual way.

I went with two friends to get glue in hair extensions done by professionals. I loved them--I would have kept them in for months if not for the itching. Itching also happened to my friends, and another person I knew that got them at a different salon, so I know I didn't just have a reaction with the glue or have a bad extension artist. I want glue-ins again, so does anyone have any suggestions about the itching?

I just wanted some opinion so I thought I'd ask you guys. So before asking the question I'll just tell you that I'm a Tom boy, the question is that I'm wanting to get a new hairstyle, that would look cool with my personality and stuff. I'm more into sports and I'm a nerd too. Before I wanted to get a hairstyle like Cloud in FF7, but then I thought no..what if my hair never grows back as beautiful?
