My hair used to be really long, but about a year or 2 ago my hair broke out and I have been growing my hair out. My mom cut my hair right above my ear. It is now a little past my solders, except for the side bangs. I need help getting it to grow faster, and I don't want to take pills to make it grow faster. I want it to grow the natrual way.

I have frizzy hair too, and you're right.
Having longer hair can hide your frizziness.
I frankly don't know how to grow your hair faster,
but I know that your friziness can settler down quite a lot if you
take showers at night and put some conditioning hair lotion on it.
Don't blow dry it! It might get worse. Just let your hair dry naturally and when you wake up it will get better. Also, try this conditioning hair lotion:
Biosilk Silk Therapy
http://www.drugstore.com/qxp72884_332828_sespider/biosilk/silk_therapy_treatment.htm

It's $21 but definitely worth it.
I have it and it helps my hair A LOT.
I really recommend it.
You can also try a smaller and cheaper size to see if you like it or not.

Hope that helped!

Time. That's the only thing you can do.

You can try maybe eating more fish, eggs, walnuts and basically get a ton of omega-3 fatty acids, lutein (found in eggs) because they help your hair and skin.
