i have really bad pricky coarse hair..how can i soften it up..what works wellll???

use garnier fructis sleek & shine products, or Brilliant Brunette (by John Freida) lol. they work amazing!! i had to start using this stuff about a year ago & ican pretty much do any thing with my hair, & it gets complimented on its shine & body. i hope this product works for you.

Try purchasin different types of shampoo, u might need to go thru a few to actually find the a type that ur hair agrees wid.U can always buy smaller bottles to "test" it or sometimes when they are launching a new product.Also ur conditioner must be reliabe enuf to help soften ut coarse hair.There is a brand by Schwarzkopf comes in a silinder bottle, that one is good.Even my bf is using it now.Also try to put on a good hair mask 1-2x a week, it makes the hair healthy & soft.I use L'occitane Olive Hair Paste, its somethin i cant live without now..lol After 1wash, u can feel the difference already...

cheap....try olive oil heated up twice a week rinse it with shampoo three times in the shower you will love the results my hair is the same way and i do it all the time instead of BUYING products
