yes it does, it deposits a little blonde color over your hair, so it temporarily helps your hair appear blonder! i like john freida better but i've never tried suave

Yes it does... But Suave is cheaper, and if it works - why don't you just keep using that?
I've been told not to mix up your makeup, skincare and hair brands too often because your body gets used to one product, and then you suddenly switch and confuse it...

you need a clarifying shampoo for the chlorine (or a swimming cap), and a deep conditioner or leave-in for the styling. stay away from loreal they are #1 for animal testing in the beauty industry. leave in i recommend CHI silk infusion by Farouk. been doing hair 4 11 years

I used Sunsilk (the one for brunettes, though), and it left residue and gross things in my hair, no matter how long I rinsed.

I don't like Sunsilk, period. It left my hair dry, and in tangles.

if you have blonde hair it will naturally get bleached by the particular sun in the summer. There was this guy in my class who also had golden blonde hair that had been a medium brown near the bottom part. When he came back to university after summer vacation, it was practically platinum blonde!
