i couldn't say, but i like the cut on victoria beckham.
as for your daughter, well from your description i think it's a little too short, so she may want to add some length to it and get the stylist to take out a lot of the weight... also a few subtle highlights might look nicer than going blond.
let her think about it for 2 weeks and if she still wants it, then take her to the stylist and throw in your own concerns and recommendations.

I think it would suit her face shape, but not her hair type. If it's thick and wavy/curly she'd still be straightening it every day, most likely. This is a good cut for fine, stick straight hair. I tried it too, but my hair is somewhat coarse, and my color couldn't take the straightening. I gave up and grew it out. If she's smart, she'll choose a style that works with her hair type, not against it. Of course, a 14 yr. old wants what she wants :)

An angular, straight cut like that would really slim down her round face, but if her hair isn't healthy, I don't know that it'd look nice any more because it'd be dried out and frizzy, not shiny, sleek and healthy.
Talk to a hairdresser and ask them to suggest some styles.. you might be surprised.

Victoria bechams new hair cut suits her,but i prefer her with brown hair.If you daughters got thick hair then having it cut shorter will help,as it will feel lighter and thinner.I would say it's a good fasionable hair cut to go for.

I think it suits Victoria's face because it's thin and pointed. i don't think it would suit a very round face
