Okay, I straighten my hair everyday (except on the weekends) and I also dye my hair..
My hair is now "rough" and doesn't feel silky and soft anymore..I also have about a million split ends..and my hair is starting to break off. I use conditioner everyday that says it is supposed to moisturize hair and prevent breakage.
I want to keep straightening my hair everyday but I don't want to ruin my hair. Any suggestions?

Whenever I bleach my hair, its totally fried, but then once I color it, it feels alot more healthy. Is coloring it putting moisture back into it or what?

I have layered hair just above the shoulders. I have been wanting extentions for a while, but I am confused as to what type are safest and best quality for the legnth I want ( 3in past my shoulders ) Also we are new to the area so I have not found a stylist or salon in Dallas yet.
