there is no way to starighten without damaging, but i suggest using a Salon quality shampoo conditioner and leave-in. Biosilk makes one specifically for heat styling. Works wonders, i also straighten AND dye, and my hair still looks shiny and healthy

The best way is to use a straightning shampoo and leave in conditioner. I use Herbel essence and it really helps. Also when you dry you hair, use a blow dryer and a flat paddle brush and dry each part of your hair individualy. Apply a straightning serum also. I straighten my hair every day but i find that a good straightner with ceramic plates makes your hair straight for days even through washing. I hope that helped. Good luck :)

You could simply style it differently using different hairgel type things.

Another option that worked great for me was to wear a hat out of the shower. Wipe your hair so it's not damp, then comb it in a direction and apply a hat overtop. The hair will dry in the shape of your head with no extra heat. I suppose if you wanted to do all of your head you could just wrap a dry towel around for a while. It can take some time but it works.

I've also heard you get get something that's like an anti-perm. It's a relaxer for your hair. So talk to a good hairstylist to see your longterm options.

Well first off your a guy and girls like the natural look so don't worry so much about doing your hair. If you still have hair issues use a product that protects your hair from heat. Also don't do it every day maybe take a break on the weekends.

Use a strong conditioner and leave it in in the shower for a while. Also, a leave in conditioner might help. When you get out of the shower, put a gel wax into it and hairdry it straight. That always works with my hair.

i HATE straightened hair on guys. leave it curly, it looks sooooo much hotter. if you feel like it looks a bit out of control, cut your hair shorter.

some will say get it chemically straightened but DONT DO IT, it makes all your hair look flat and lank, and your roots look all puffy and odd when they grow.
