I have layered hair just above the shoulders. I have been wanting extentions for a while, but I am confused as to what type are safest and best quality for the legnth I want ( 3in past my shoulders ) Also we are new to the area so I have not found a stylist or salon in Dallas yet. So if you know a great salon that offers both let me know .
