I would say use hot oil treatments and a restoring conditioner
pantenee has a new restoring kind maybe you should try that
My hair used to be awful from dies and perms I eventually quit dieing and perming and let my hair grow back out to it's original color and now its great i love it it just took a long time to cut and grow cut and grow until my real natural hair was back like God made it! Good luck!

Go to a Sally's Beauty Supply & get this stuff:
http://www.sallybeauty.com/shop/1120/670500

If you are really daring , use their treatment ( I say daring b/c the stuff really smells bad ! )

I have over colored my hair & use this shampoo, the 5 minute reconstructor (as a conditioner) & the leave in conditioner every time I wash my hair (so, basically, every other day)

I also was so bold as to use the treatment (although I was gagging the whole time)...but, it actually works. Make sure you read the directions carefully, though if you use it, as well as get the "balancing moisturizer" to neutrolize the treatment.

The whole Aphogee line is great b/c it is made specifically for overly damaged hair. :) ( the gloss serium is great too b/c it gives your hair a nice shine & makes it more silky/split ends less noticible w/o being over greasy )

Use Pantene shampoo, conditoner and they have a new deep conditioner that in 1 month takes away 2 years of damage.

i use pantene pro v, but try using some olive oil in your hair or mineral oil. leave oil in for about 10 min the first time, and then wash hair as normal. repeat until hair is where you want it

Try Redken Extreme. It's expensive but it really works.

you need to get the dead ends cut off...otherwise the split ends will just keep splitting.....quit dyeing it so much
