My hair is fairly long and thick and i want to try a sew-in weave but i dont want my hair 2 fall out any info cuz i heard sum say it may take out my hair i jus want to be safe i researched a lot of info but im still a lil shaky

I have a 22 month old toddler and she has close to a year old hair.Her hair is nice and strong and makes her more cute. I love her hair so much and I never intended to ever cut it. I'm a 16 year old teenage boy trying to get a part-time job. I have shaggy hair that is about an inch past my ears. my brother had to get his hair cut above his ears when he worked as a cart-pusher/returner at fred meyer. Its light brownish with a few copper and blond highlights. I either want to go a darker brown or blond. I have blue/grey eyes and i thought if i go brown it will either make them more vibrant, or darker. what do you think?
