I would, for the right reasons. There is an organization, St. Baldrick's, that is a children's cancer charity. A couple of years ago, some guys at my husband's grand school, did a fund-raising head shave. Had I known about it before hand, I would have participated. In fact, my hair was likely long enough to first cut for Locks of Love. Since I only wash my hair two or three times a week, and very rarely blow dry it (I'm thinking about putting my old blow dryer in my spring rummage sale for a couple of bucks, which is how much I paid for it at a rummage sale a few years ago), I figure my hair is pretty good. Plus, I'll get a free hair cut, which is about the only thing I can afford.

I read that she had balding spots, horribly damaged hair, and scalp problems from all the chemicals and extensions. If that were my case maybe I would shave my head too, and just try to start over with healthy hair. I would have had a wig ready first though so nobody could take my picture when I looked as ugly as she did.

no way! For some reason, unlike guys, girls dont appreciate being bald lol. Its good shaving ur head once in awhile, cause new hair will grow... Its great for ppl who have damaged hair & other hair problems. I just hate the ''waiting for ur hair to grow'' process! =D

im a guy and its already a big deal for me lolx....SO for girls i think NEVER unless they have a whole year to spare for their hair to grow back and maybe if you give them a million bucks then if im a gal i'll consider and maybe i will wear a wig until my hair grows back...

i wouldnt shave it for no good reason... i almost shaved it once only because my grandma had two types of cancer and it was supporting her, she didnt wanna be bald alone... luckily she had surgery and removed it all... and i didnt have to lose my hair, i love my hair.. i would look funny bald..
