What is that hair product that promotes hair growth? When you put it on your hair it makes your hair very hard and then when you wash it off it becomes soft and it really helps the hair to grow?

The only product that I know will grow hair is apple cider vinegar. 2 tbls. in a glass of water 3-4 x day. Nails will benefit too. Cures acne, promotes weight loss and cures depression. Read the apple cider vinegar cures website. Sorry I did not answer the question.
