The best way to fix that is to visit a hairdresser as they have deep conditioning treatments. You'll need to visit them every two weeks or so for about 6 sessions and then your hair will be nice and silky until you let it become damaged again. If you don't bleach it or its not too damaged, you might be able to get it chemically straightened as well, it'll feel really soft then.

cut as much as you can off then get it deep conditioned every two week for 2 months than do them at home every 2 to 3 weeks. i recommend going to a salon that carries alterna they have this really good caviar revitalizing treatment that is the best i have ever came across its pricey but worth it i used it on one of my clients that had such badly damaged hair that when it was wet it stretched like taffy and when dry it felt like straw. after the treatment it felt soft and strong and looked very shiny and healthy. she came back in 3 months to get another it last so long. for home use i recommend redken silk fuel ampules the are very inexpensive like 12 -15 dollars for six weeks or so...to find a salon near you visit these websites

~Keep it Conditioned

Use deep-conditioners and cream formulated shampoos.Use proper mousse and absolutely don't use styling products with alcohol in it.

~Cut Down on the Frizz

Never blow-dry your hair no matter what happens and what season it is.Don't towel dry.use paper towels to gently squeeze out excess water.

~Give Your Hair a Rest

Stop using too many products as it will damge the hair more.

~Styling Products for Shine

use l'Oreal shine serum.its purplish colour and it really makes your hair shine.don't pile up on it too much.remember rule 3 !

~gd luck and all the best :-)

Now it's time to not watch many! You have to buy good products! Usually I don't buy the most expensive shampoo or balsam but when my hair a little dry or damaged I choose the really good quality and it worth.

its going to have to grow out. you can try curling it with a hot iron. that should smooth it down some.
