like either u store buy it(duh, dont answer it like that)
or like hairgel and like foodcoloring? (not my smartest)
BUT answer questoin kuz i dont feel like going 2 walmart and buying it

I knew a girl years ago in the 80's that had a Mohawk...and just about everyday she would change the color..or it would be a rainbow of colors ....she used food coloring.... true......you might not consider it the smartest idea...but it works...

I saw Dennis Rodman once on tv and he said he used kool aid to color his hair. I would guess he just put the powder into the gel and mixed it.
