If there is any possibility visit a doctor and have some basic investigations done (like blood count, maybe hormonal status etc) and after that, reconsider your life style (are you stressed, are you well nourished, are under some kind of medications, etc). Only after that you can really solve your hair problem, In the meantime, you might try some forms of local therapy, use Merz Special or some vitamins, but it can only partially help without finding out the reason of hair thinning.

Go for proper investigation.visit a doctor - the dermatologist .get your blood tested to know if you ve thyroid problem.if all the reports come clear then start taking extra dietery suppliment for hair.mix the following oils to massage your scalp(mustard oil ,castor oil, olive oil, sesame oil, almond oil in equal amount)
shampoo with natural products. you can prepare that at home ,take 2 tablespoons of amla, shikakai, reetha, jatamasi, methi powder, hennapowder, lime juice ,yogurt, eggwhite .mix them well .apply on your scalp and hair and then rinse it after 3hours. never use the synthetic shampoos. its good for them who have naturally got good hair growth but otherwise it simply damages your hair.try this formula you 'll definetly find the difference. good luck!

Well, what did you change? Are you adding too much heat to your hair, or chemicals? Did you change your diet? You may need to change it and consume lots of water, fruit and veggies.
