neck line haircut?

i have a wierd hairline. when its cut short it wont lay flat on my neck and kinda goes to the middle like a little tail. how can i get rid of that?

when the stylist cuts your hair she can chanel that area in the opposite direction to help train the hair and also when you blow dry push it outward so that it will lay straight down.
