I put some blue/black hair dye in a part of my hair thinking it would come out more blue than black, but it didn't, so now I want to turn it blonde. The dye was just deposited, no peroxide or anything. If I try and turn it blond, will it come out good?

I am 17 years old and have long passed puberty so I dont understand why this is happening. I have heard that stress can turn hair curly, and I have just gone through a very traumatic long term breakup and i am undergoing a lot of stress at school, so I was wondering if that might do it? I was born with curly hair but soon after it grew in straight. Now I am finding little hairs all over that are wirey and kinky. I also heard that hormone changes would do it but I am on Birth Control pills which controls my hormones. I just cant figure it out! Please help. Thank you!

Well, I was buying some shampoo today (I love the moisturizing line from Herbal Essences...looks good and smells great). I looked at some flat irons while I was in there. My hair is getting longer and I thought it would be something worth having.

Anyway, they had one that you could use on wet and dry hair. I can't remember the brand, but it said it was guaranteed to cause less damage than blow drying (it said there was no need for blow drying.) It uses steam somehow to keep the moisture in (that's what I got from the package.)

Well, has anyone ever used one like this? How well do they work? Do they dry your hair out more? I heard to use some sort of product on your hair for protection, but not sure since I've never used this on my hair. I just know that blow drying your hair everyday can't be healthy either.

I went to get my hair done today i didn't tip at all...i mean they had me waiting in several different chairs like musical chairs...with a different person who shampoos colors cuts and pulling my hair with the brush and the water was too hot when she was rinsing my hair mind u the hairdresser said she didn't believe in gay marriage and was against abortion and she said she loved Bush and thought the Iraqi's loved the soldiers (sure what a joke that is)....i felt like i was thrown around the salon mind you she left the toner in too long so now i don't have highlights i have a "hue of hightlights" to my hair so 125.00 dollars later for that type of service..do you see any reason why i should have tipped? Cause the chick gave me a dirty look...i think that might be the last time i go there..what do you think?

My friend has a oval face she has long hair about down 2 her waist, she wants to donate 12 inches to locks of love so then it is 2 in past her shoulder but then she want to cut it to a chin length bob thats like stacked so short in the back the very bottom part is buzzed. i personally dont think that she should buzz the back part like not stack it up so high but she says it will look great but i hav my doutbs do u think she should leave it a little bit longer than her shoulders or should she get a chin lenghth bob and buzz the back

now that it's winter, wearing jeans all the time is pulling alot of the hairs on my thighs off, and now i have a whole bunch of tiny red ugly bumps on my thighs (by a whole bunch i mean like 15, lol).

how do i get rid of them? i've tried pulling some of the hairs out with tweezers, popping some of them out, but there are a few that are really in there!

are there any ways to get rid of these stubborn ones? i would prefer to not go out and spend money on something....

my hair is blonde after dying blonde for years. now i tried 9 Natural and it turned my hair green! I am going to attempt dying it brown right now to fix it, but can someone offer another opinion or advice before i do? I am afraid of getting brown with a green tint, or worse, my hair falling out.
