You can use Gram flour(Besan) , turmeric powder, milk or rose water.
Apply on your face and let it dry. Remove it by rubbing. The hair will also come off with this mixture.
Apply regularly, it will also reduce the growth.

1\2 tsp.multani mitti,1\2tsp.rice fl.1\4tsp haldi pd.(is 4 antiseptic),some lemon juice mix with rose water to form a thick batter,apply it,wait until dry,rub to clean.Wash with cold water. This way u can reduce the growth of hair.

If you want to remove it at home. Do not shave or wax it. Use a hair remover cream like Veet or Nair. It wont grow in as thick.

wax them. if you wax your upper lip every once in a while, the hair will get pulled off and your upper lip hair won't grow back as quickly or thickly as before. just spread wax over the hairy part, let it dry and rip it off.

...if you wax it go to a salon to get it done, don't do it yourself, it's like smaking yourself in the face...I usually wipe whatever area I got waxed with alchohol, it helps to fight bumps...
...you could try Nair, the one made specificaly for the face...
...what about plucking it...that gets the whole hair follicle...
...I don't think a razor is the best idea...
...what about Nad's, that stuff helps to eventual stop the hair from growing...

i would use a cream (this is probably wrong because I don't have this problem) but you could also buy a personal waxer from drug stores and use that.
