I put some blue/black hair dye in a part of my hair thinking it would come out more blue than black, but it didn't, so now I want to turn it blonde. The dye was just deposited, no peroxide or anything. If I try and turn it blond, will it come out good?

First I dyed it black 4 months ago, then I tried to put blonde in and it came out orange/blond, which I was fine with, THEN I put the blue/black in it.

I would wait because your hair was just done, and give it some good conditioning treatments, before you go blond on the parts you got that blue black die on. Then what you might want to do is go get that black out, how you will get that blond you want is by having it bleached out, and getting that blond in your hair. If it doesn't come out as good as you want it to look after it is done, with the reddish & brassiness because of the black. Go to a local beauty supply store, and buy a toner I beleive it's by Clairol, get the little bottle that says "white lady" it helps tone brassy, and redish tones out. How you need to use it is by measuring 20volume developer w/it, mix it well and put it on the blond for 5min, don't you leave it on longer, if you do it starts turning purple, but wont look purple it will look grayish after wash, it wont damage your hair. Hair salons wont tone as good, they will want to see you back soon to do it themselves when you can do it the next day. I hate to go and they do a nasty job and have to pay crazy money. I learned to do it myself. Good luck and do seek professional help before you try anything at home!

umm it depends on what u look like and also, usually people with dark colored eye brows, i dont know if ur eyebrows are dark but if they are it might look kinda weird with blonde hair, but dont dye ur eyebrows! the roots grow and it looks really bad! sry so i think you should go with maybe like a brunette color like sorta chesnut brunette color and caramel highlights, but not like highlights that are like BLONDE, just something thats subtle and just makes ur hair appear shinier and pretty! john frieda's glaze is fabulous! www.johnfrieda.com hope this helped!
