I admire her for donating her hair to Locks of Love. It took a long time to grow long enough to almost reach her waist. It will take a while to get used to having short hair. She can let it grow again if she doesn't like the cut.

I had that exact haircut in high school and I loved it. With an oval face she can get away with nearly anything. In fact people with an oval face look sexy as hell in super short cuts! Shoot, it's only hair and it grows back! That's the best part about trying to new looks.

She should have it neck length in the back and longer in the front like Victoria Beckem (aka Posh Spice). This is a very modern bob look.
