Hair - January 2007

I want to use the micro link aka clamp method to do hair extensions, but the beauty supply store closest to me only sells human hair on a weft, so i would have to cut it off, and then but this special hair extension glue for about $70, but i want to know if it will be okay if I use regular hot glue from a craft store...

I have some pretty bad fried ends and hair that has completely shortened in length from straighenting my hair. It is very damaged and I need a product, shampoo or something that will help fix this. anyone?

My question is this. I want my hair to grow back in full and naturally curly like it was. Do chemical processes get into the hair follicles and prevent growth by causing blockage of the follicles?? Do women get the DHT blockage hormone that prevents further growth or do men only get that?

I find it so funny... he puts his wave cream on at night..and then puts his doo rag on...wakes up the next morning and never stops brushing...takes it to school and brushes while the teacher is speaking

Yea, I do.
I have dark brown hair with light brown highlights.
I wanted them for the summer and it was the fist time I died my hair.
Now I want my normal brown hair back and its
Winter.
But none of my parents will let me.
I want it.
THey say it will ruin my hair.
THe first time I dyed my hair it wasnt all my hair.
I will dye my hair a second time and it will be my last time but they wont let me.
I want my one color back. SO I want to die it brown.
HELP!

Is it really necessary to use a shampoo and conditioner specifically for color treated hair if you have dyed hair? I have fine hair to begin with, and the products I'm using are making my hair very flat. Any thoughts?

OK! My hair is wavey and well I want to wear it down. I want my hair to be really straight(not even one wave), But i need a fast way with a straitener and easy. i got my hair bleached and than colored... so it's like blonde gold orange. I want it lighter so i want to bleach it... is it safe? and i have black roots growing, it's about an inch... you really can't see it, expect from the top. I want to know if it's safe to bleach on already colored hair, what kind of bleach (what % or soemthing), how i should take care of it?
