See a dermatologist. Could very well be hormonal. No crash diets? Stress? Your MD should be able to help you. At least you have a chance of your hair growing back. Men at that age might develop premature baldness and the chance of their hair growing back is Nil... Nada. In their case, it's usually genetic.

The best treatment for hair loss is : make a paste of 1 large onion , 2 large garlic , 5 tbsp lemon juice , 3 tbsp fenugreek seeds , 1 egg (optional) , yogurt 3 tbsp and 10 red chinarose flowers and if flowers are not available you may use leaves. apply it on your hair for 45-60 minutes twice a week. it does wonders.

DONT WORRY........ok the first thing is to stop EXTREME USE of straightners and curling irons, if you do use them. Second here is a link of a GREAT Shampoo to make your hair THICK my friend used it and it made her hair thick like crazy!!!
