I have some pretty bad fried ends and hair that has completely shortened in length from straighenting my hair. It is very damaged and I need a product, shampoo or something that will help fix this. anyone?

Well, you may need to get the severly damaged parts trimmed, because nothing can bring back severly damaged hair. I really like Head n Shoulders, because the shampoo is so mild and cleansing and the condition is rich and repairs hair, without a lot of residue. Also, get a hot oil teratment or hair mask, which will repair and add moisture. If those don't work, you will probably need a trim.

It sounds odd--but try washing your hair, towel it semi-dry,load it up with mayonaise or miracle whip, wrap in plastic or shower cap and let sit for 30 minutes. Rinse it off with WARM water and only if necessary, shampoo it. Cheap and usually on-hand.

i would suggest starting from scratch and cutting all your hair off. that is what i did from a bad perm but if that is not your desire, i would suggest a good old fashioned mayonnaise treatment. saturate your hair in mayo, pick a plastic cap over it and let it sit for about 30 minutes then wash.

try the Nexxus Emergencee treatment (I forget the exact name, but it's in a clear bottle in a box) anyways, this works wonders and is well worth the price. i had fried hair from dying it and straightening it, and this was a miracle in transforming my hair!! hope i helped good luck!! p.s.- nexxus is available @ salons, walgreens and places like that
