Hair - November 2006

i have nauturally wavy hair, wen i wash it it looks so nice cuz its drying, but wen it dries it becomes thick and frizzy, how do i get it from staying wavy but not like frizzy, do i use any specific product and keep that wavy look. cuz that wavy looks really natural and nice and i want to get side swept bangs, and i was wonderin if keepin them like rite above where my ear ends, if thats too long? i dont want them too short, i sort of want them long, is that a bad idea..?

i have thick hair, but wen i straighten it goes silky and straight, but its so flat.. how do i get it to flip out.. i have the wigo 1in and i use that but still it doenst stay, i mean do i hairspary it b4 or after? im so confused and also i use the paul mitchell serum, do u just use it wen ur hair is wet or can you use it wen its dry an straight? plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help!

I am a 31 year old man and I have found that men are very good at cutting men's hair. Although I will say this. Every once in a while I will come across a female hairstylist that is simply excellent at cutting a man's hair.

I had to do it once again today. And I am not even the picky type. I will let alot of things slide. But if the hair looks extremely chopped, then I feel that I should really go back because I am paying so much money to have it done right. No offense ladies, but I have to say this. Men are better at cutting men's hair. More often than not, women just aren't as good as cutting a man's hair. But every once in a while I will come across a very good female hairstylist. Please tell me about your experience with your worst hair cut. Thanks.

usually when I use Pantene or Infusium 23 shampoo, my hair feels like its sticky, like a put hairspray in it or something, but when i use cheaper shampoos like Suave or VO5 my hair is fine.

I highlighted my hair a light shade of blonde - however now I think it doesnt look so hot. I wanna colourit a darker shade of blonde all over. Will the colour be itensely lighter in these areas that are highlighted or just a tad? Should I get a filler? What is it and can I buy it off the shelf?

My hair is orange/ red brown now and I want nice ashy blonde highlights . does anyone know if I can fix it or do I have to wait until the color fades. I want to put a light ash brown on my hair and then highlight it. Is this safe to do after the mess I already made?
